For me: Dormouse in Alice in Wonderland when I was 11. I took the makeup extremely seriously. I don't remember who "designed" the makeup - but it involved a black stripe down my nose. And my first ballet teacher, Nancy McCarthy, second ballet teacher, Sue Ann Denesha; high school music teacher, Dennis Pucci - skip ahead a while and in recent years my voice mentors and "Girl Get Out There & Do Your Thing" mentors, Katherine Ciesinski and Kathleen Kaun.
