I don&#039;t remember who &quot;designed&quot; the makeup - but it involved a black stripe down my nose. And my first ballet teacher, Nancy McCarthy, second ballet teacher, Sue Ann Denesha; high school music teacher, Dennis Pucci - skip ahead a while and in recent years my voice mentors and &quot;Girl Get Out There &amp; Do Your Thing&quot; mentors, Katherine Ciesinski and Kathleen Kaun.</description>
